OHare International Airport Chicago Terminal Information
Chicago O'Hare International Airport is presently using four terminals (Terminals 1, 2, 3, and International Terminal 5). Each serves several airlines and a large number of destinations. Each terminal is well served by restaurants, bars, newsstands, and shops. Business services, banks, and ATMs are available and, in the appropriate terminal, airline club lounges cater to the needs of frequent flyers.
The International Terminal serves many international carriers including Aer Lingus, Air France, Air India, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, American Airlines (international arrivals only), AVIACSA, British Airways, BMI British Midland, Cayman Airways, El Al, Iberia (arrivals only), JAL Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Air, Kuwait Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa (arrivals only), Mexicana, PIA Pakistan International Airlines, Royal Jordanian, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, TACA, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines (international arrivals only), and USA 3000 Airlines. Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 1 serves Lufthansa (departures only), Ted, United Airlines, and United Express. It contains Concourse B with gates B1-B22 and Concourse C with gates C1-C32. Also located in this terminal is the renowned underground tunnel of lights and music, which connects Concourses B and C.
Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 2 serves Air Canada, America West Airlines, Continental Airlines, Independence Air, Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, United Express, and US Airways. It contains Concourse E with gates E1-E15 and Concourse F with gates F1-F12.
Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 3 serves Alaska Airlines, American Airlines (domestic and international departures), American Eagle, Delta Air Lines, Iberia (departures only), and Spirit Airlines. OHare International Airport Chicago Car Rental
Chicago O'Hare International Airport provides easy access to car rentals, with the primary rental companies located on the lower levels of Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. OHare International Airport Chicago Car Parking
Chicago O'Hare International Airport operates hourly, daily, and valet parking in a central location between Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Parking is also available near the International Terminal. Long-term parking is located off Bessie Coleman Drive as well as off Zemke Road. The airport can be reached from the long-term parking lots by shuttles and the Airport Transit System.
Located in the main parking garage on Level 1, hourly parking is close and convenient.
Daily parking is available in the main parking garage on Levels 2 to 6 as well as at the outside lots B and C.
The Airport Transit System should be used to reach the terminals from lot E. Economy parking is usually available at lot F, but this is currently closed. Passengers are advised to check in advance for details of when lot F will be reopened for public use.
Parking for meeting and greeting international travelers is conveniently located next to the International Terminal.
Offering two drop-off locations on Level 1, the valet parking facility provides convenient access to Terminals 1, 2, and 3.

OHare International Airport Chicago Ground Transportation
Chicago O'Hare International Airport is served directly by train, taxi, shared-ride van, shuttle, and bus. The Airport Transit System provides a quick, convenient, and free service for transfers to / from the terminals. It can also be used to reach the long-term parking facility.
CTA Train Services
The Chicago Transit Authority's Blue Line provides a 24-hour service between Chicago O'Hare International Airport and downtown Chicago. Trains run every eight minutes from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm weekdays and every ten minutes from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The CTA station is located on the lowest level of the main parking garage and is accessible by pedestrian tunnels from Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
Taxi and Shared-ride Van Services

Bus and Shuttle Services
Located on the ground floor of the elevated parking garage, the bus / shuttle center is the primary pickup point for hotel courtesy and Pace buses as well as shuttles for car rental agencies and parking. The center is accessible by tunnels from Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
Continental Airport Express shuttles leave Chicago O'Hare International Airport every five to ten minutes. Tickets may be purchased at the kiosk outside of the International Terminal and at the lower levels of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 at the counters across from the baggage claim. Continental Airport Express also offers shuttles to northern suburban locations.
Omega Airport Shuttle is convenient and inexpensive for traveling between O'Hare International and Midway Airport.

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS The airport has its own ATS train system connecting all terminals, the Metra station and the long-term car park (Lot E).
DRIVING DIRECTIONS The airport lies on Route 190. To reach Route 190 from central Chicago, take Route 90; from the north and south suburbs, take Route 294; from the west suburbs, take Route 88, then Route 294.
CAR PARKING A multi-level parking garage and additional ground level car parks (Lots B and C) service Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Hourly, daily and valet parking is available. Lot D has hourly and daily parking for the International Terminal 5. There are also two car parks available for long-term parking (Lots E and G). Lot E is connected to the ATS rail system connecting all terminals; shuttle buses to the terminals are also available. A third long-term car park, Lot F, is closed until further notice. General parking information is available 24 hours a day (tel: 773 686 7530).
CAR HIRE All major car hire companies are represented, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and National. Companies are located on the lower level near baggage reclaim in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Many companies at the airport run free shuttle buses to pick-up and drop-off areas. There are no car hire companies in Terminal 5, although courtesy telephones are available on the lower level of the terminal and can be used to book a car.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT Rail: The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) runs a 24-hour train service to downtown Chicago. The CTA station is located on the lowest level of the main parking garage at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (accessible from Terminal 5 on the ATS system). Metra North Central commuter trains serves destinations in Lake and northern Cook counties, with five daily inbound and outbound trains between Antioch and Chicago Union Station. The station at the airport is situated near the remote long-term car parks and is on the ATS system. Road: Taxi: There are taxi ranks outside the Arrivals area of each terminal (journey time: 30-45 minutes to central Chicago). Limousine: Limousines are available to Chicago and the suburbs, with companies listed on boards for reservations. Bus: Continental Airport Express shuttle buses depart from all terminals for central Chicago and northern destinations. There is also an hourly shuttle and coach services to Midway Airport. There are a number of regional services available from the airport. The Bus and Shuttle Centre is located on the ground level of Terminal 5 car park. This is the pick-up point for most bus, shuttle and regional services, including hotel courtesy buses. Public transport services are available for disabled travellers.
INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS Information desks (tel: 773 686 2200) are available in Terminals 1, 3 and 5. Multi-lingual staff are on hand to provide information and assist passengers with directions, 24 hours a day. Two Travelers Aid booths are located in Terminal 2.
AIRPORT FACILITIES Money and communications: There is a full service bank, ATMs, bureau de change facilities and a post office. Eating and drinking: There is a variety of restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets and cafés. Shopping: There are numerous shops, including duty-free shops in each terminal. Luggage: Trolleys are available at all terminals. There are lost property desks staffed by the Chicago Police Department on the upper levels of all terminals. Other facilities: There is a medical centre, AED units (defibrillators), baby-change facilities, a play area and a 24-hour interfaith chapel.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES There is a business centre located beneath the Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport in Terminal 2. The Hilton Business Center (tel: 773 601 1743) provides a full service, including fax, photocopying, and packing and shipping. There is also a Laptop Lane facility (tel: 773 894 3100) in Terminal 1, providing workstations with computers, Internet, fax, printing, IDD telephones and laptop connections. Individual airlines also have dedicated lounges which can be used by business travellers with loyalty cards.
DISABLED FACILITIES Information representatives provide assistance to hearing- and visually-impaired travellers. Disabled passengers are requested to confirm any special needs with their airline four days in advance. Facilities include ramps and lifts, escorted wheelchair services, TTY telephones, visual paging for hearing-impaired passengers and Braille buttons in lifts. The ATS system is fully accessible, with elevators provided at each of the five stops. The Travelers Aid office (tel: 773 894 2427) provides escorts for disabled people on request. Adapted hire cars for drivers with disabilities can be provided with two or three days’ notice. Disabled car parking facilities are provided for badge holders. Disabled toilets are located throughout the airport.
