Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport has five terminals: A, B, C, D, and E, each serving numerous airlines and a wide range of destinations. Within each terminal, passengers will find a large variety of restaurants, bars, newsstands, and shops. For those requiring business services, banks, and ATMs, these can all be found within the five terminals at DFW Airport. For business and first-class travelers, airline club lounges are located in all four terminals.
DFW Airport Terminal A serves American Airlines, American Eagle, and TACA. It contains gates A2-A39.
DFW Airport Terminal B serves America West, American Eagle, ATA Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Mesa Airlines, Midwest Airlines, United Airlines and US Airways. It contains gates B2-B39.
DFW Airport Terminal C serves American Airlines only. It contains gates C2-C39.
DFW Airport Terminal D serves AeroMexico, Air Canada, British Airways, Champion Air, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Mexicana and Sun Country Airlines. It contains gates D6-D40.

Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport has a purpose-built Car Rental Center, consolidating ten rental car companies and located near the airport's south entrance. There is a shuttle bus to the Car Rental Center from the lower level of each terminal every five minutes. Return the vehicle at the Rental Car Center before departure, and transportation from the facility to the terminal is provided by the Rental Car Shuttle.

Located next to each terminal within easy walking distance, passengers will find designated parking areas in covered garages. DFW Airport's free Terminal Link van service provides direct transportation between terminals.
A shuttle van service is available to and from all terminals. Free bottled water and newspaper are provided. Assistance with luggage is provided by friendly, courteous shuttle drivers. Express drop-off and pick-up areas are located at the lower level of each terminal. Flight information is available. Express parking is located at the north and south ends of the airport, offering more than 5000 spaces.
This is DFW Airport's most economical parking option. Continuous bus service is provided to all terminals. Luggage assistance is provided by friendly, courteous bus drivers. Flight information monitors are available. Remote drop-off and pick-up areas are located at the lower level of each terminal. Located at the north and south ends of the airport, with 4800 spaces.
Parking for Disabled Travelers
DFW Airport provides wheelchair-accessible parking in terminal area garages where accessible routes can be placed. Accessible parking is located on level with the upper and lower roadways in all four terminals. Use a courtesy phone in the parking terminal to request a wheelchair-accessible van from a parking area. Call: 4 2527 or inform the bus driver that a wheelchair-accessible van is needed. The van will arrive in ten minutes.

Trinity Railway Express (TRE)
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Fort Worth's The T offer rail service to DFW Airport from Dallas and Fort Worth via the Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Scheduled rail service is provided Monday through Saturday. Free shuttle service is available to all DFW Airport passenger terminals for passengers displaying a valid ticket, transfer, or pass. Ride shuttle from Centerport / DFW Airport bus stop to Remote South Parking lot and transfer to Terminal A and C shuttle or Terminal B and E shuttle. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)

Charter Buses, Limousines, Shared Ride Services
There are many charter bus services, limousine service providers, and shared ride service providers at DFW Airport.
Taxi service is available on the upper level of each terminal. For assistance, locate the Airport Ground Transportation employee, wearing a white airport shirt.
Consult these information boards (located near baggage claim areas inside all Airport terminals) for details regarding courtesy vehicles for hotels in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Using the courtesy phones, dial the two or three digit code indicated on the board to contact the hotel. Passenger pick-up for courtesy vehicles is located at the lower level of each terminal.
Connecting at DFW Airport
DFW's airport train, Skylink, provides fast connections between all the terminals. Skylink stations are located at the north and south ends of each terminal, with a train every two minutes. Average ride time is five minutes, with a maximum of nine minutes between the farthest locations.
DFW's free Terminal Link van service transports passengers to different terminals. The blue and green vans arrive at each terminal every ten minutes. There are two pick-up / drop-off areas situated on the upper level of each terminal, outside the baggage claim areas.
The American Airlines TrAAin, located inside security, provides transportation for American Airlines and / or American Eagle passengers to connect to another American flight. Passengers should follow the American Airlines TrAAin signs to any of the stations located on the lower level of Terminals A (A13 and A24), B (between B5 and B6), and C (C2 and C28).

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS The four terminals are connected by a Terminal Link, which provides a free shuttle service. Pick-up and drop-off points are located on the upper level of each terminal, outside baggage reclaim areas.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS There are airport connections from the south on Highway-183 or -360, or from the north, on Highways-114, -121 or -635. All exits are on the left. From central Dallas, head north on I-35E, continue (northwest) on Route 183, turn off onto Ramp DFW Airport, and then continue (north) on International Parkway North (toll road). From central Fort Worth, head north on I-35 West, at Exit 52A turn off onto Ramp Route 121 north, merge onto Route 121 (Airport Freeway), continue (north) on I-820, continue on Route 121 north then Route 183 East, turn off onto Ramp DFW Airport/Amon Carter Boulevard, and then continue (north) on International Parkway North (toll road).
CAR PARKING Terminal car parks for short-stay parking are located next to each terminal, within walking distance of the gates. Express car parks are situated slightly further away and are served by shuttle connections to the terminal. CAR HIRE The car hire centre is a ten-minute shuttle ride from the airport; shuttles depart from the lower level of each terminal. Car hire and pick-up is arranged here. Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, EZ Rent, Hertz, National and Thrifty are all represented; courtesy telephones are located by baggage reclaim.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT Rail: Trinity Railway Express (TRE) offers connections to Dallas and Fort Worth. Shuttles connect the station and the terminals and are free for passengers holding a valid air ticket. Road: Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside the airport, available on the upper level of each terminal. Limousine: Numerous limousine companies and shuttle services are available. Bus: Airporter buses serve various destinations in Fort Worth, from the upper level of each terminal. Information on public transport is displayed on ground transportation boards, which are located near baggage reclaim in all terminals.
INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS Multi-lingual information boards can be found throughout the airport. Interactive visitor information centres are located near the baggage reclaim areas providing information and direct dialling to some transportation options from the airport. Several Travelers Aid kiosks are also located throughout the airport.
AIRPORT FACILITIES Money and communications: The airport has ATMs, bureaux de change and post office services. Fax and Internet kiosks can be found in all terminals. Wireless Internet is available in all terminals too. Eating and drinking: There are numerous food and drink outlets located around the airport. Shopping: Duty-free shopping is available in Terminals A and B. Luggage: Trolleys are available throughout all terminals. Other facilities: Barber shops, manicure, massage and shoeshine services are available, and there are chapels (meditation rooms) in all terminals.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES Internet access is provided by Wayport (website: www.wayport.net) and is available throughout all terminals and gates. A Laptop Lane business centre provides private workstations with computers, IDD telephones, fax, printing and Internet. The Guest Service Centre provides five workstations with business facilities. The Hyatt Regency Business Centre (tel: 972 615 6855), located in the on-site Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel, offers computers, Internet access, copying, postal and courier services, fax, equipment hire, printing and graphics. The hotel also has 62 meeting rooms and a ballroom.
DISABLED FACILITIES Wheelchairs are also available from individual airlines in each terminal; passengers should request any special assistance from their airline prior to travel. There is disabled parking available in all car parks. The inter-terminal Terminal Link vans are wheelchair accessible. There are TDD telephones, amplified receivers and lowered telephones throughout all terminals.
