A bank is located on the ground floor of Block C in the short-term parking area of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Bureaux de change facilities, ATM machines and a post office are also available on the Departures and Arrivals levels of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport's main Terminal building.
The mezzanine floor of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport's Terminal building houses the Plaza Business Centre, which is equipped with the latest in communication technology. The services offered here include fax, internet, postal, workstation rental and secretarial services.

Bus Services
The Bus Station of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport is located on the ground floor of Block C. Express buses to Kuala Lumpur and local buses to Nilai KTM Komuter station are available from the Airport. Tickets for these express buses can be purchased at the authorised ticket counters in the Arrivals hall and at the bus station. Travellers can also take a bus straight to Hentian Putra in Kuala Lumpur or to Seremban.
Train Services
The KLA Ekspres offers direct Express Rail Service between the Airport and Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal (KLCAT) located in Kuala Lumpur's Sentral Station. The approximate journey time of the KLA Ekspres is 28 minutes, and runs at 15 minute intervals. Tickets are available from vending machines or ticket counters located at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, KLCAT, or through authorised travel agents and hotels.
There is also a high-speed commuter train travelling between the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and KLCAT that stops at three major towns: Salak Tinggi, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and Bandar Tasik Selatan. This transit operates every 30 minutes and the journey time is approximately 37 minutes.
Taxis
Taxis are available on the Arrivals level of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Passengers passing through the Airport are advised to purchase a coupon at taxi counters on the Arrivals level and are advised not to use unregistered taxi operators. TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS The Aerotrain operates between the Main Terminal and the Satellite Building.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT Rail: KLA Ekspres is a direct express rail service between the airport and KL City Air Terminal (KLCAT) located at Kuala Lumpur’s Sentral Station. KLIA Transit is another high speed commuter train between the airport and KLCAT. Road: Taxi: Taxis are available on the Arrivals level. Passengers should buy a coupon at taxi counters on the Arrivals level and are advised not to use taxis offered by illegal taxi operators. Limousine: A pre-paid limousine service is also available. Bus: Express buses to Kuala Lumpur and local buses to Nilai KTM Komuter station and Subang are available from the bus station located on the ground floor of Block C in the covered car park.

Information kiosks, with touch-screen, text, audio, video and graphic technology, are situated throughout the airport.
