Introduction
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has three passenger terminal buildings: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, and Terminal 4. Introduction
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is served by more than 23 airlines, providing nonstop services from Phoenix to many destinations both in the United States and around the world. Phoenix is a major domestic hub for America West Airlines and Southwest Airlines, offering passengers convenient connections to virtually any of the nation's cities. Nonstop international services are provided by airlines that include Aeromexico, British Airways, Air Canada, and America West Airlines.
Nine car rental companies are located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. All have rental counters in the baggage claim area of each terminal. Some have vehicles available at the terminals while others have courtesy shuttles to take customers to a nearby parking compound. The customer shuttle service is located outside the terminals adjacent to the baggage claim.
There are other car rental companies that do not have counters in the terminals. These are listed on the hotel / motel courtesy phone information boards in the baggage claim area. To contact them, lift the receiver and push the button next to the company's name.

Introduction
There are two types of parking facilities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: terminal parking garages (terminal lots) at each terminal and long-term economy parking lots located to the west near I-10 Papago Freeway and to the east near Hohokam Expressway.
Pay 'n' Go parking machines, located in the elevator lobbies of Terminal 4, allow drivers to pay for parking before returning to the parking lot, saving time when exiting. All prices listed are correct at time of publication but are subject to change.
Terminal 2 Garage
(North of Terminal 2)
Daily (2053 spaces) and hourly (360 spaces) parking, with disabled access on both levels.
Terminal 3 Garage
(East side of Terminal 3)
Daily parking (2274 spaces) is available on six levels, with disabled access on all levels and easy elevator access to shops, restaurants, and passenger service areas.
Terminal 4 Garage
(Above east end of Terminal 4)
Daily parking on six levels with a "high profile" lot (100 spaces) for vehicles over 7' 0" (2.1 meters) high, disabled access on all levels, and easy elevator access to shops, restaurants, and passenger service areas.
Economy Lots
Two economy lots located west of Terminal 2 and east of Terminal 4 provide facilities for "high profile" parking and "over length" parking. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also available at the economy lots.

Parking for Disabled Travelers
Designated spaces for motorists with disabilities are available at parking garages in all terminals. Both the economy lots also offer parking spaces for the convenience of drivers with disabilities.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport offers travelers a variety of ground transportation options. A courtesy phone center for contacting hotels and resorts that offer guests free transportation is adjacent to the baggage claim areas at the passenger terminals.

Shuttle Services
"Dial-a-Ride" vehicles are available for senior citizens and travelers with disabilities seven days a week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition to this, many hotels and resorts provide courtesy transport for their patrons.
Bus Services
The Phoenix Transit Bus offers transportation to and from the airport and throughout the metropolitan area. Information regarding the transit buses can be obtained from the information desks in each terminal.
Taxi Services
Three taxi companies have contracted with Sky Harbor Airport to provide service: AAA Cab, Allstate, and Discount. Fares can be negotiated with the driver. Taxi ranks are situated in front of the terminal buildings.
Limousine Services
Thirteen limousine companies operate services from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. These are AAA, AM, Affordable, Aries, Arizona Chauffeur, Carmel, Empire, Esquire, Luxe, Manhattan, Monarch, Prince, and TLC. Passengers can negotiate the rate with the driver. The limousines can also be leased at an hourly rate, with a minimum two-hour charge.

Lost and Found
Missing Baggage
All items lost on an airplane are considered to be the responsibility of the relative airline. Items lost in any other area of the airport may have been turned into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Lost and Found office. The office is located at 3300 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The lost and found office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To provide assistance several baggage service offices are located within close proximity to the baggage claims of all terminals.
Help for Stranded Travelers
Navigators, dressed in purple shirts or blazers with a big "ASK ME" button and the Navigators logo, are available to provide assistance with information and the location of facilities at the airport, local attractions, and best travel routes. TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS Shuttle buses run continuously between the terminals and the economy car parks.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS The airport has separate exits for east and west destinations, so travellers are advised to plan their route before departing. Major routes with airport exits are I-10 east, State Route 153 south of Washington, State Route 202 west and State Route 143 north.
CAR PARKING Short-term parking is available in multi-storey facilities at Terminals 2, 3 and 4. Additional parking is available at the economy car parks, which are served by 24-hour shuttle buses running to all terminals. For further parking information, contact ACE Parking (tel: 602 273 4545).
CAR HIRE Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty have counters located in the Arrivals of each terminal; shuttles run to the car hire pick-up locations. Other companies are listed on the hotel courtesy telephone information boards in Arrivals and can be contacted via the courtesy telephones.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT Road: Taxi: Taxis and limousines are available. SuperShuttle operates daily 24 hours, offering a door-to-door van service to all destinations in the Valley daily 24 hours. Bus: Phoenix Transit (tel: 602 253 5000 or TDD: 602 261 8208) run Red Line and no.13 wheelchair-accessible buses to central Phoenix and surrounding areas. AIRPORT FACILITIES Money and communications: Facilities include ATMs and telephones in all three terminals and a bureau de change in Terminal 4. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants, bars and cafés in Terminals 2, 3 and 4. Shopping: There are many shops in all three terminals, as well as duty-free shopping in Terminal 4. Luggage: A lost property office is situated between Terminals 2 and 3 (tel: 602 273 3307). Other facilities: These include a pet rest area, a barber, art galleries and an interfaith chapel.
CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES The airport has business centres in Terminals 2 and 4; these provide computer points, fax and photocopying services. There are no meeting rooms or secretarial services at the airport. The nearby Hilton Phoenix Airport (tel: 480 894 1600) has a 24-hour business centre, wireless Internet access and meeting rooms, including a ballroom, which can accommodate 500 delegates.
DISABLED FACILITIES Facilities include level access and lifts, wheelchair-accessible telephones, toilets and ATMs, as well as TDD and amplified phones. Hand-controlled hire cars can be provided with advance notice by Avis and Hertz. Disabled parking spaces are reserved for badge holders in all car parks; the shuttles are wheelchair-accessible.
