If you fail to arrive, cancel within 72 hours of the arrival date or fail to take up your reserved accommodation for whatever reason, you will be liable in full for your reserved accommodation to the New England Hotel. If you are forced to cancel your booking, PLEASE FIRST WRITE TO ACTIVE HOTELS, your internet booking Agent immediately and obtain a Cancellation reference from your agent. Then all you need to do is click onto the 'go to cancellation page' and enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. There will be a 20 administration charge per room booked, for every cancellation, regardless of notice given. If the hotel is able to re-let your reserved accommodation,there will be NO CHARGE.
